Fixed a bug that prevented append from updating scanned data in RFID Cycle Count.
Users can now select item lot numbers in Issue and Return.
A lock icon now appears when an item is past its issue limit. Administrators can override by clicking the lock and entering their credentials.
Selecting an employee is now through search. The full list no longer appears to reduce loading times.
